- Chief Financial Officer:ACA, ACMA, or ICAEW qualification
- Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience

- Chief Internal Auditor:Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Professional certification such as CA or ICAEW preferred
- 8–10 years of auditing and compliance experience
- Director (Tax):Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Law
- Chartered Accountant, ACMA, or Tax Practitioner qualification
- Minimum 10 years of taxation experience
